Always Greeted by friendly staff. Shout out to Dr Andrew and Melissa at Waterloo Family Dental I have been spending alot of time with them lately and they Always make me feel comfortable and talk me through the steps, so I know what to expect! I appreciate that !! and I would not go anywhere else!
We go between the Waterloo and Columbus locations, but can attest that Waterloo has the same welcoming, efficient staff as Columbus. They are more than willing to work with you on scheduling, insurance, and treatment plans.
Dr Emma has been great at trouble shooting pain, and always ensures I get seen in a timely manner (sometimes next day).
I know no other dentist office that has such a caring and knowledgeable staff. At my first visit Dr. Andrew identified issues with my teeth and gums that no other dentist had ever mentioned in the past. Now I am on the road to good mouth health. .There is another dentist, however I am not familiar with her work. The office staff is very nice and always have smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Waterloo Family Dental.
