Absolutely with no question the best dentist our family has ever gone to. From all the dental assistants to the Dr's. In a matter of a month we have had our regular cleanings, a chipped tooth filled, wisdom teeth pulled and an emergency visit to fix a tooth that got knocked out. Unfortunately, for us that's a lot going on but Waterford Smile went way above standard practices to take care of my family during all these events. We even received a call at night from the Dr to check on my daughter after her wisdom teeth surgery. Took care of my chipped tooth in about 15 minutes on a same day appointment. Prices were very fair, especially not having insurance. Their faces were smiling. The experience was pain free. I will definitely be back again.
I loath going to the dentist. I hate it with every fiber of my being. My wife discovered Waterford Smiles and Dr. Lenz for their sedative dentistry. Fortunately I didn't need it. Instead, the caring staff at Waterford Smiles helped me get through the mental anguish that comes with the poking and prodding of the dental assessment and eventually a full dental cleaning. They answered all my questions and had great feedback for me. I highly recommend Waterford Smiles for anyone who hates going to the dentist, but equally those who enjoy the experience (even though i can't grasp the concept) . I know I'll be going back.
