Jeff and the team showed up on time and installed everything exactly as they had laid out for us. Everything is working as expected, no mess left and we couldn’t be happier!
We have always had the best service with Thielmann. Wonderful professional techs that know our Carrier equipment. We have the Carrier Infinity line of furnace and air-conditioner and absolutely love it. Our AC unit is right next to our patio and you don't here the unit running or turning on or off. You literally have to be standing over it to tell its running.
Rich was speedy and resourceful. Accommodated my situation on the day off the boiler repair and completed it promptly, same day. He also honored a promise made to me by someone else when I originally called in for the repair. I highly recommend him and Theilmann!
