We’ve had several of their employees to our home to fix various things and are always so impressed. Most recently we had Andy at our home for a plumbing concern. He went above and beyond. I can’t recommend Thielmann enough!! So kind and take care of you as soon as they’re able, it’s pretty much always been next day for us!
Had a new A/C unit installed by them today. It was an excellent experience, very professional team, seems like excellent work, great communication throughout install job, scheduling, and quoting. Kevin C and his coworker Jimmy were clean, professional, and did great work!
Ron stopped in the other day to re-connect our ecobee thermostat. Since the problem was more complicated than expected, he quickly called in another tech support person from Theilmann who arrived within 15 minutes. After a call to the Ecobee company and a detailed fix, everything was working again.
Ron went beyond the norm for great service. He even checked other details with our ac system.
It's good to know that customer service is alive and well with Ron and the Theilmann/Roth group.
