I spent days trying to figure this issue out on my own — even using AI and going down every rabbit hole I could find — with zero luck. Being from out of state, I wasn’t sure how quickly I’d be able to get help, but he was able to accommodate me immediately and had me come by his place.

I showed up, and within under 5 minutes he had everything fixed. No guesswork, no wasted time — he knew exactly what he was doing and got straight to the solution.

You can tell right away when someone truly knows their craft, and this guy does. He saved me a ton of frustration and got me back up and running fast.

Excellent service! I had an issue with my 2009 17”MacBook Pro not being able to turn on. Apple wouldn’t touch it. Considered it obsolete. Shazam computer repair came to the rescue and took it in, gave me an upfront answer of what it would cost to repair and that’s what I paid. No hidden costs! Great person to work with. Highly recommend! Also, my laptop is up and running again with no issues.

First off, Eric is great! He checked to make sure my IPad would be back in time for the event I was hosting before hand. And, it even got to me sooner than expected! I'll be recommending him to everyone! You won't be disappointed 😊
