Eric solved my computer problem in less than a day! It was processing extremely slowly and he cleaned it up so that it is now responding quickly. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, explaining to me what he did and showing me the finished product when I picked it up. I will definitely be bringing my future computer issues to Eric!
