During the wind storm my B-vent blew off my roof. The next day we were supposed to get a mayor rain/snow storm. I called and talked to Kevin on Friday night, he stopped at my house that night and checked out the situation and was back the next day and it was fixed (without me even at home). Kevin wanted to make sure, even with his busy schedule that my vent was fixed before the storm came. After the job was done he explained to me everything that was done to make sure it was up to code. The service was friendly and done professionally. 5 out 5 for sure!!
