Called at 9 am, and technician Dave arrived at 11 am to fix my furnace, which kept shutting down before reaching 66 degrees. In under an hour, he had everything working perfectly. The furnace is less than two years old, so I didn't expect problems so soon. Dave explained the service needs of my 95% efficient Revolv unit. I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan, which includes servicing my AC before summer and inspecting/cleaning the furnace in the fall. The cost was very reasonable for the service call and the plan. Thank you, Competitive! I will recommend you to anyone needing HVAC service or installs. After the service call, I finally installed my Ecobee Smart Thermostat.
