Our a/c went out Friday evening (of course). My regular HVAC guy was unreachable so first thing Sat morning I put in a call to Aire Serv. Left a message and within 20 min I heard from Jason who said he could be to my house by 10am. He arrived as promised, sized up the problem, laid out the repair requirement and an estimate for the related cost. All done efficiently and in the straightforward manner I appreciate. For a couple of understandable reasons the system could not be restored today but we have a plan for early this coming week which if executed as professionally as today’s service call will leave me extremely satisfied. Five stars for today’s responsiveness and troubleshooting. Will update when the project is completed.
