Listen up girlie. Don’t go through Just Drive. I gave them a 3 star because the instructors were on time, cared about Covid, and SOME of them cared about their students. However, one of the instructors was almost to the point where they were verbally abusive. Constant belittling and criticism over silly mistakes. They don’t realize that harsh criticism only makes the driver more likely to make mistakes due to them being more tense and wanting to be more perfect for the instructor. Even if they were someone major, bullying isn’t the answer. Some lacked simple respect. Other instructors were friendly and kind which was appreciated. Very professional and gave quality feedback. Cars were clean. No problems scheduling lessons; my daughter and her friend scheduled their lessons together. Quick responses with emails and voicemails.

My 3rd son just completed Just Drive in Wales. We were very happy with the service. All three really liked the instructors and learned a lot. We only had a problem scheduling one lesson and when I called, the woman gave me multiple dates to choose from to get it scheduled. I will continue to recommend them to friends and family!
