Joe was very polite, called before he was to arrive. Got right to the job and was finished in no time. This is the third time we’ve had Zerorez. We were extremely pleased after the first time and did not hesitate to call again.
We had our carpets and tile cleaned prior to moving into our house. The technician who did the tile cleaning was not super thorough and I wasn’t super happy with the outcome. I contact Zerorez and they stood behind their 100% happiness guarantee. They sent a manager, John, out to look at my tile and he was amazing. He re-cleaned the tile and even refunded me for the inconvenience. While I wasn’t happy initially, I will definitely be recommending to others as customer service was exceptional.
The Carpet isn’t dry. So far it’s looks good. I’m impressed.
