Always happy with their service! My house smells better and looks better. Always professional and listen to what I want and they make great suggestions to ensure I have the cleanest carpet possible. I highly recommend Zerorez!!

We only had a hallway carpet to clean so I added in the kitchen, entryway, sunroom and bathroom tile floors to make it worthwhile and the floors look like new! The grout cleaned up so well. The tech did a great job with excellent customer service along the way. We have used Zerorez previously and will continue to use them for all of our flooring needs.

I have never been more satisfied with Zerorez than today. I had my 15 year old stained carpets cleaned and there were some issues that required a return visit. Then manager John came back twice to address my concerns. On his second visit he used some different techniques that required a extra equipment, a good deal of extra time with John having to use an special extractor and rinse. My carpet doesn't look like it's 15 years old today. Just a magnificent job with great attention to detail. I wish all companies treated their customers like Zerorez. Thanks to the office managers Brisa and Blaze who are alway professional and caring, as well as Merrick my long time… read full review
