Mike was incredibly kind and helpful from the start! His communication was excellent and that was so appreciated. He was flexible with scheduling. Mike Sheldon is such a nice guy and an excellent plumber. He came over right away when I discovered a leak in my bathroom. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and came back as soon as he could to fix it. No issues since. He answers the phone when you call so you can talk through your problem right away. Highly recommend.
Called and reached Mike this week, to help w/ a slow leak from my mom's toilet. He was there within the hour, fixed the problem, did excellent, clean work, and advised us as well not only on water softener operation but also freely offered suggestions about future toilet and faucet purchases. Highly recommended and will call him again next time the need arises.
