Terrible service and unethical, dishonest practices.
CPA Luke Olson failed to get our taxes filed and then lied about it. Our taxes were rejected due to a code Luke needed but didn’t contact us for. We only found out because I kept calling as we had no message taxes were filed or refunds and our extension deadline was days away.
Luke lied about the code issue, saying he had the receptionist contact us about it, after saying earlier he “lost track of it”. Our completed taxes were filed one day before the deadline despite they had them for months. The owner, Bob Roth never responded to emails. Would never use them again.

I have been trying to get a hold of a CPA in this office for 5 months about tax returns filed in 2021 and every phone call is met with I will give him a message, he is out of the office, he is on the other line, he is out on vacation. If I was rating avoidance they would receive 5+ stars...not sure how to get to actually talk to the accountant but this is beyond unprofessional.

Robert Roth made an error on a filing for taxes in 2019 resulting in the state of Michigan believing I owed them over $5,000 in taxes. The information was shared with Mr. Roth and he indicated he would get with the state of Michigan to correct the issue. A year later, state of Michigan again said money was owed, again he promised he would get with them. When pressed for answers if he had communicated and done any work he did not respond. He failed to do what he said, he failed to stand by the quality of his work. I am having an alternate CPA refile and complete the work correctly.
