Powderkeg was an excellent partner in re-tooling our old website. Not only did we have a very positive experience throughout the entire process, but most important, we are extremely happy with the results. We have received many compliments from customers, prospects, employees, suppliers, etc. Traffic to our site has been good and we are hopeful the website will become a significant tool in recruiting potential employees, and in a tight labor market, this might prove key. It started with them both bringing great ideas and challenges to our present practices, while also listening to our ideas and implementing the things we wanted on our website. They made our ideas work while keeping us focused on the important matters. As we provided visual and written content, they helped us position it beautifully and logically on the website, but most important, their platform enabled me and a co-worker to publish content and post pictures and videos on the site with ease. That's saying a lot, because I'm not the most tech savvy person. During construction staff kept us informed during the entire process, and they always met deadlines. Whenever I was stuck in posting content, their staff was readily accessible via a phone call to get me back on track. They aren't cheap but they are a good value! I firmly believe you get what you pay for in this business, and a good website doesn't have to cost your company an arm and a leg. In our limited search it seems there were those who do little, charge little, and keep you in the dark ages, and those who are glitzy and talk a lot but over charge and are of poor value. Powderkeg broke both these paradigms. They were worth every penny we spent. We are grateful to Harland Guy, their salesperson, for listening to our needs and being responsive in those all important first meetings, Dylan Thompson is a dynamite website designer, awesome at keeping a client informed, and his work is impeccable. I'm sure there are many other programmers, artists and tech people that helped make our website what it is, and although I've not gotten to know them I am appreciative of their work. Wait...on time, on budget, better than expected, great communication? What is this?? I'm not used to this. This is our first project with PowderKeg...it won't be our last. You're getting true experts in their field with professionalism you can trust. Excellent job guys, I highly recommend!
