Plan for excessive moisture. Ask for every option available to prevent moisture before you build. Our new building is very wet! There is so much condensation that I could literally wring water from hunting clothing stored overnight in a covered plastic This is a commercial rental building. We had to turn away customers bc the condensation is so dense it covers the 1 motorhome parked in the building. The RV needs to come out to prevent mold or rust from the moisture collecting on it.A Cleary representative promptly inspected our building and we are following his recommendations for ventilation. We recently doubled the size of our 28 year old original Cleary building. Josh W and foreman Aaron M did a very efficient job of getting the new addition put up with minimal disturbance of the existing building and job site. They were courteous and professional, and always willing to answer our questions. We are very happy with the finished product and the expertise they provided. Sales Specialist Mark S provided all the information we needed for a successful building project. He was helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you Cleary!
