Great service and always have gone out of there way to make my experience there very pleasant. Everyone from the automotive department to customer service were wonderful in both the Verona and East Madison locations! ?

It's a great place to pick up things but what gets me every time is when I see their commercial on TV , and the tag line is...." If we don't have it , you don't need it" Well, more times than not, I go there and they either don't carry it or it's out of stock. And Yes. I do/did Need it

Always busy here. Never enough checkouts open... Ever. No matter what time of day or night, weekday or weekend, lines are out of controll and backed up into the aisles. However... The clerks are friendly when you get to the chk out. That's a plus.
