This would have been 5 stars but I felt another branch was hanging over my neighbor’s driveway and when they came to say they finished, I asked for that branch to be removed. I was told no. For the price, this could have been done. All the people involved though were professional and nice.
I have used H&H arborists for some years now. They are very professional and do an outstanding job. They have taken care of my large elm trees with emerald ash borer treatment and also pruning. I highly recommend them. I think they will be cabling my elm tree soon as there is a large crack in it.
I have to split my review up into two categories, the actual crew that came out, and the office scheduling. The crew was great, the office scheduling and communication was terrible.
The stump was on my Dad's place and he has some dementia. I felt that someone needed to be there during the grinding because he gets confused by commotion or when things are out of the ordinary.
The bidding went fine. The estimator showed up when he said he would. I accepted the bid and was told I would be contacted by the scheduling in 2 to 5 days. About a week goes by, no call back so I call them on Tuesday. I'm told they need to have a utility... read full review
