They helped me fill out a medical records transfer request, showed me how to download their portal app, and scheduled an appointment with my new doctor. Upon arrival at my appointment, the check-in process was easy. They confirmed my appointment and took a photo for my file as an added step of personal identification. I feel confident of a good experience every time I need to see my doctor.“
