I have never experienced any problems going to Aurora Urgent Care. The staff at the desk are always willing to help you with a smile. The medical staff are always honest, sincere and always take time with you to listen and help you. You are never just a number. The fact that they are open 7 days a week is a blessing for this town.
When they say 8 min wait, they mean it or sooner. I was in, registered, seen by the doc and had my prescriptions in hand in less than 30-40 min and I think that was said longer than what it really was. It was not rushed at all either. They took very good care and very concerned about my ailments!!! Ya just don't find good urgent cares like this one very often. 10 stars if it was available!!!!
They were open early, my visit was quick the doctor listened to me, answered my questions. He was quick but efficient. I didn’t feel rushed, he didn’t talk fast or nod his head like “yeah yeah lady hurry up and shut up so I can examine you and get you out of here” im looking to see if he can be primary care Dr. and looking to change back to Aurora as my provider because of my visit.
