Pat and his people did an extraordinary job. I was hesitant to call anyone out to look at my furnace because I know there are too many companies that will tell you to replace the whole unit rather than go with the fix that's a fraction of the cost because they make more off it, but not Pat. If you want someone with integrity that is not going to try and up sell you, don't look any further. If I could give a 10/5 stars, I would.

A family friend was having problems with her furnace not working, and couldn't get anyone to help her. Pat came out right away and helped her. He went the extra mile to make sure her and her family were warm and her grandson didn't have to crawl on a cold floor. Some heros don't need capes!

My 25-30 year old furnace was ready for replacement. A competitor misdiagnosed it and then wanted $6k to replace it. I spent some time diagnosing it myself and was able to confirm my diagnosis with Pat over the phone. He then came out and looked over what would be involved in replacing my furnace and gave me an approximate cost with labor hours being the main variable. The install must have gone smoothly as the final bill was near the bottom of his estimate, which was just over half of what the competitor quoted. The electrical, plumbing, and duct work all looks great compared to what was there before or what I would have done myself.Services: Installation
