Had them out a few years ago. Mother and son duo was there for about 8 hours. Most of the checklist provided was not done or done well. Visible dirt was left on the floors and cabinets. They offered to come back or give a discount on next service but it was not the worth the hassle of getting the dogs out of the house or listening to constant barking. I paid for the service to make my life easier and that did not happen.

Very very unprofessional business woman. i had my cleaning booked since april 7th for may 2nd. today is april 29th, with my cleaning in 3 days. monika asked to reschedule and at first would not tell me why they needed to reschedule, then gave me a random date that was over 2 weeks later that was not approved by me. she said her employees were sick, but being a business owner myself of the same profession, she should have done the job alone instead of saying she needs to reschedule. should have listened to the reviews that didn't recommend this company.
