So, they used to do remodeling and such. Hired them to do putting in a floor and windows initially all was ok. Then we had issues with the flooring. Bob didn't want to get involved with a issue with Menards and warranties. Kind of thought that was why we had a credited installer do this is why we might have a recourse. Well Menards denied our claim and RPS has ghosted me. Initially Bob responded and said he would come out and look but would not get involved in a dispute with Menards. I would not endorse this company to stand behind their work. Very nice to work with. Top quality work at a fair price. I know a lot odd are mercies when we hire a contractor. Robert was recommended to me by a friend and I could not have been more happy. Thank you
