2 1/2 months since we placed our order and have still not received it. Now we have our team banquet tonight and no varsity letters to hand out to our Athletes. About 20 phone call with no returned calls, drove almost 3 hours to speak to someone face to face, multiple emails and still nothing. This is ridiculous and a horrible way to run a business. If you cannot fulfill an order with a 2 1/2 month lead time then don’t take the order. There are many businesses that would be happy to take our business and they will be getting it from now on.

While I have not yet received my ordered item, I am not recommending this supplier simply because their representative at Newman Smith High School offered such poor customer service. After several attempts to get an update to my order, the representative only responded ONCE and the information she provided was inaccurate (as I later came to discover when I called Meca Sportswear directly). A company is only as good as the local faces of its sales representatives and in this case it was TERRIBLE customer service. On the other hand, great customer service when I called the company directly. My order was placed early December and paid in full. It has been 3 months and the jacket has yet to be delivered.
