We just got our puppy's nails trimmed here and neither of us cried! He's a big, squirmy 7-month-old and this was his first nail trim since we adopted him. I've had exceptionally bad experiences at other groomers in the past with our previous dog (may she rest in peace) so I was trying to trim the puppy's nail myself. Unfortunately, I couldn't get more than one nail cut before he squirmed away and ran from me. So I made an appointment with Two Tails. I have a Shiba inu, legendary for their neuroticism and feared for the scream they emit when they are not down with...well anything. We've been to other places to get his nails done and while some staff have the whisper gift for working with animals, others have not. We've been turned away (or told to have him on medication prior to attending). Granted I support to use of medication if it's helpful and necessary, but our dog has been cared for when the staff have that gift of dog whisper. We absolutely love Emily!!! My traumatized schnauzer is very selective and protective. she has few teeth left after a negligent vet so her temperament is very short. Emily is very patient and knowing Jaci is "special" gets her the earliest appt so she is by herself without other dogs. aside from special accommodations, she always makes Jaci look beautiful ? we love 2Tails!!
