“I live in Cedarburg but I love Bay’s for a few reasons— firstly, they are open DAILY! I don’t know about you, but it’s frustrating dealing with everybody’s goofy hours these days. Secondly, when you make an appointment, they stick to that appointment. I have been to Ritz Nails in Cedarburg a couple times and every time I go, despite making an appointment, I have to wait for over a half an hour every time. I have little ones and my windows of time are tight. Thirdly, and most importantly, Syda does a wonderful job on my nails. She understood exactly what I wanted when I asked for almond-shaped nails (not everyone knows what that means) and she does a wonderful job on my two-tone nail design that I like to do. My manicure always turns out great and they last around three weeks, which is what a gel manicure should. My gel pedicures last even longer. Bay is a generous and hospitable business-owner who takes pride in her work. Give them a try!“

This place has repaired my broken nail TWICE now without having to replace it with a fake- and I'm just so darn appreciative. I used to be a nail biter, so I take great pride in having long, natural nails. Having technicians who are incredibly personable, willing to accommodate and just all around good people, really makes an experience. This place has it all... including some of the best nail art I think I've ever seen. I know I'm covered whenever I have a nailtastrophy.

“I usually don’t leave reviews, BUT I think it’s important to give credit when credit is due. I went to nail lounge when I couldn’t get in to the nail salon I usually go to. I didn’t have an appointment but gambled that I could get in. By chance there was one woman that was just about to leave but stay to do my nails. Vanh was the nicest, most gentle person to ever do my nails. I loved the color that was on her nails, she immediately knew the name of the color and so I chose that color also. She was extremely personable and friendly. The salon was very clean and I saw them cleaning things and sanitizing as they used, namely, the LED lights to dry your nails. In all of the years I’ve gotten my nails done. I have never once seen a salon clean the nail dryer. I will definitely be back based on their wonderful customer service, and cleanliness!!

“My nails always look great when I leave. Sometimes I have basic art work done and other times it is a little more detailed - especially for a fingernail - and I have not been disappointed. This past time, Tina did an AMAZING job. I honestly didn't even think she would be able to do it, but she did!! I asked for her to do my son's team logo that has a lot of detail and she nailed it!!“

“This is literally the best nail salon that I have been to. I ended going because I have been looking for a good clean salon who can do dip nails well. Well I have found it! As soon as I walked it I loved the decor! Andy and Cham were fantastic! I hand un unbelievable pedicure and I loved how it was secluded darker and really spa like treatment! The waterfall wall and the leg massage was so fantastic I could have fallen asleep! Also the hand and arm massage at the end were great. My daughter also loved it!
