They were able to get me in with no appointment. They had 6 employees working right when the opened! Salon is always clean! Staff is very friendly. Young gentleman who did my pedicure was very kind, professional and gave a great foot/leg massage! ?

Absolutely my favorite place to get my nails done. I’ve been to half a dozen salons in Ozaukee county and Ritz is consistently the best, hands down. Mimi almost always does mine and she’s fantastic but I’ve brought my mom and sister with me and their artists have always been great too. I’ve done pedicures, gel manis, dip powder, and nail art designs here and it’s all been great and usually lasts way longer than anywhere else.

Ritz is amazing! They do an amazing job and are so very kind. My mom and I were getting pedicures when my mom took a call informing her that her father (my grandfather) had passed away. It was so nice to be in a wonderful environment and even receive hugs from the nail technicians❤️This is the only place we go! Thank you so much for your kindness during a difficult time!
