Getting my hair done at Elle & Co. is a full on spa experience because I’m treated like a queen the entire time. From the custom drinks to the head massage during the wash, to offering furry blankets when my hair is wet. I love going and the staff are fantastic, especially my stylist, Emily. 5 Stars, definitely recommend. 🤗

I can’t say enough good things about this salon. From the moment you walk in, the space feels elevated and intentional—beautiful, boutique-style decor that’s both classy and welcoming. It immediately sets the tone for a truly personalized experience.
The quality of the products they use is outstanding, and you can tell they’re thoughtfully chosen to support healthy, beautiful results. But what truly sets this salon apart is the talent of the stylists. They don’t just perform a service—they curate an experience tailored to each client.
A special thank you to Kate, whose patience and skill made all the difference for me. She gave my hair that effortless, lived-in look I wanted, while protecting my very fine hair from damage—something that’s incredibly important and not always easy to achieve. Her attention to detail and understanding of what my hair needed was exceptional.
I also really appreciated how much time was taken during my consultation. Kate listened carefully, offered thoughtful insight, and made the entire process feel collaborative. The conversation throughout my appointment was relaxed and genuine, and I never once felt rushed or pressured.
This is the kind of place where you feel truly seen and cared for. Highly recommend!!!

Aly is absolutely the best!! I have never had bangs before and was nervous but she killed it and i’m OBSESSED! also the yummy drinks offered deserve also 5 stars!

The attention to detail and expertise is unmatched. I’ve seen them for hair services, spray tans, and have had blowouts done by multiple stylists!! Every stylist is experienced and consistently amazing. Michelle has been the only hairstylist EVER to color my hair!! She takes the time to understand exactly what I want while also guiding me with her knowledge and experience.

Absolutely LOVE Elle & Co. Salon! The entire team is so friendly and knowledgeable. The owner of Michelle is super sweet and welcoming and I most recently had a haircut with Samire who did an amazing job with my bob, I couldn’t be happier. I drive from almost an hour away to go to the salon because it is THAT GOOD.

i’ve gotten my hair done in nashville, chicago, and many other places in milwaukee, but elle & co takes the cake. the atmosphere, services, and staff are incredible!!! it truly is a self care day whenever i get my hair done here. gabby has done the best job collaborating with me to give me my dream hair & exactly what i ask for each time. i love it here!!!!

I love Elle&Co!! They make you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in the door, and offer yummy complimentary drinks and snacks while you get your hair done :). Lizzie is my absolute favorite to do my hair, I drive an hour to come here and it is completely worth it!! As someone with curly hair, it's hard to find someone I can trust with my hair and who understands how to style it and treat it and she does such an amazing job. It is a completely judgment-free and relaxing experience from start to finish. 10/10 recommend!

Gabby is my absolute go-to for everything—hair and spray tans & she never disappoints. She has such a genuine, positive energy and always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful. Not only is she extremely talented and knowledgeable, but she also really listens to what you want and brings it to life even better than you imagined.

One of my favorite little touches is the salon’s custom drink menu—such a fun and unique experience, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious! It just adds to the overall relaxing and enjoyable vibe.
