Recently I needed to obtain new carpeting for a bedroom, but needed to have an area of new floorboards laid down as well. I called the Nord office and within a few days Sean came out to give me a quote. I was quite impressed, as Sean inspected not just the floor, but the basement as well to make sure that there was not more extensive damage. The project was fully explained to me, and within a few days I received an estimate. Working with Sean, Tyler, and the men who laid the carpet and repaired the floor was a great experience. I had a house fire recently. Servpro came to start my project. Not only are they professional, they were very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning the walls from smoke in the basement and cleaned up after every day till the job was done. I will leave another review when the next step is done.
