Joe and his guys have always been great. In November of 2019 he replaced our furnace and installed a Weil Mclain CGa Gold that's been running flawlessly.A month ago we had Russell over for a clean and inspection and he was very kind and provided helpful information that a homeowner should know about their hydronic heating system. More recently Joe did a job for us and was responsive and kind and professional as always. Will be our go-to guy! Highly recommended.
I called and left messages with 4 local HVAC companies to inspect and quote replacing an old hot water boiler for a house I'm renovating. Two never answered or called back. One scheduled an inspection for 2 weeks later and then canceled the day-of, saying they couldn't be there for an other week.Joe returned my call the morning after I called, was onsite to inspect within the hour, had an honest diagnostic delivered immediately, and a quote to me by the end of the day.I'll definitely call Walstrom right away next time.Services: Heating system repair
