The customer was satisfied with the installation and appreciated the friendly staff. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the job. Overall, TPCC provides excellent installation services and is highly recommended for any HVAC needs.
I was very pleased with the professional installation, communication and honest discussions regarding my HVAC options . A/C unit quit working on of course the hottest week we had this year. I contacted TPCC and had an estimate the next day. The crew arrived first thing the following week like promised. The new A/C unit was running that day when I returned home from work.
We recently had a mini split installed by TPCC at our residence. Our installers were Erik and Justin. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the excellent job they did. The installation we requested was a little tricky in some respects and they handled it very professionally. I would highly recommend TPCC.
TPCC was recommended to me by several co-workers so I called for an estimate for a mini-split system. They came the very next day and had the estimate ready by the end of that day. We were going to get another estimate but we were so pleased with what we had already seen from the company that we just decided to go with them.
The installers were fantastic! Eric and Justin were attentive to our wishes, they were friendly and worked together as a team in a clean, speedy and detailed manner.
We have absolutely nothing negative to say about the company or the installation of our mini-split
