Fifty-fifty. On one hand some days I have felt heard and got the care I was asking for; on other days like today, it was a bit crap.

I called out of work early to go to a follow up. Spent an hour driving to the clinic, hit road construction, and needed to stop for an emergency bathroom break. Called them to let them know I was on my way; they said fine. I still made it within their grace period (albeit by like two minutes, still if you're going to post it stick to it) but was informed to reschedule. No leeway, no listening. Highly recommend Brad T. For physical therapy. He helped me regain strength, and confidence regarding my broken ankle. I like how he was knowledgeable and didn't need much of computer guidance for which stretches to help. He also researched an area of concern I had in between our appointments and introduced appropriate responses to my issues during our session. PT at mariner has been the best experience, for the worst injury I had of my life.

First time I have been here. Didn't have to wait long. Checking in was easy and quick. I was happy with the care I received. I would describe this place as quick and efficient walk in care.
