We are really very happy with our decision to try Silverwood Pet Care to board our dog while we were out of town. Right off the bat, they were friendly, informative, accommodating and transparent. They answered all of our questions and even offered different options to help keep the costs economical. Our dog seemingly had a wonderful time and was not near as stressed as she has seemed after boarding at other facilities! Plus, I really appreciated the photo updates! Although we ended up not needing to board our cat, I just wanted to post about how friendly and responsive the owner was. She took time to contact me and talk through how I could board my cat. She was more than willing to work with our schedule even though it conflicted with normal hours. If in the future we need to board our cat, Silverwood Petcare will be our choice.
