I highly recommend this kennel for boarding and day care!My dog loves going to Silverwood and the staff are always kind and friendly. The owner is also very nice and the facility seems to be in decent shape.The only reason I won't give 5 stars is that they require you to individually portion out your dog's food per meal. For example, my dog gets fed one cup twice a day (so a total of two cups per day). So that means that individually bag (in a Ziploc sandwich bag, for example) one cup in two bags per day. My son has been taking his Aussie here for daycare for the past six months or so. I usually have to pick the dog up when he is at work.It's a great place, he's always super excited when we tell him it's time for 'puppy daycare.' And while he's always happy to be picked up, he really seems to like and feel comfortable with all the attendants.Highly recommend.
New employee, slow to understand the process to receive the dogs. I'm hopeful she has become more experienced greeting customers. You are one of the best boarding kennels in the area.
