The academy offers a great workout and brings discipline to students. With a focus on real-life scenarios, it's a great place for kids and adults to learn, get a great workout, and develop skills to protect themselves and their loved ones.

worth the money - flat rate with incremental fees depending on how many classes you want to take, no additional fees to sign up and includes access to equipment outside of class schedules. instructors are very receptive to different skill levels and will work with you independently if you need extra help with fundamentals
