Overall experience was very good. Summary as follows: -Signed Contract on 1 Oct 2024. -At contract signing, we were told installation would be about early to mid Jan 2025. -Notified by e-mail on 13 Jan 2025 “ Due to a slight slow down in our installation process, we may take a bit longer than expected to get started on your project.” -Contacted by phone on 5 Feb 2025 to install, agreed to the date offered in Feb, but was called back due to the estimated amount of time (2 days)would take longer than open time slot (1 day). -Windows were actually installed 20-21 Feb 2025 over the two days. -Install team of Ruben... read full review

We had a great experience with this company! Our sliding glass door needed to be replaced, which is a big purchase that we had zero experience with. Their team was very professional and knowledgeable. They had great options, and were able to get our new door installed two weeks sooner than they had originally quoted us! During the installation, the workers were super friendly and accommodating to my dogs having to be let in and out. I would highly recommend Heritage Window & Door Company/Renewal by Andersen
