Worst care I have ever received in my life. Went in with a sliced finger and sat for an hour waiting for care. After no one came, my husband and I just left so I could deal with it myself. No one brought me ibuprofen for the pain or anything even though they said they would. The nurses were like drones that just mindlessly took my vitals while I bled out all over the place and then disappeared. This place is a joke, you're better off on your own.

Recently moved here from Minneapolis. Every Dr I've seen here af Superior Essentia has been Top Notch. I had Allina on Minneapolis. Essentia is as professional. In fact, my Orthopedic,Drs Cardiologist and others are more personable and knowledgeable than Allina.

Worst experience of my entire life at Urgent Care and nurses and Nurse Practitioners have the WORST besides manner I have ever seen, EVER. A Nurse that was pissed because I couldn't keep my spasming leg straight and down for another blood pressure check as I was in severe pain. A nurse practitioner that didn't like my no answer to being asked if I was on drunks or if I drink not once, not twice but 3 times until I finally got snappy. I guess if you come in honest and it's thr truth and you aren't an addict they will treat you as such.
