This is a great gym for all fitness levels. The Owners care about supporting the fit lifestyle of everyone in the Twin Ports. The gym is clean and the equipment is updated regularly and well-maintained. This is a great place to work out.
I started here in April 2025, and as of January 2026 I’m down 69 pounds. The atmosphere is really great, and the people are friendly and welcoming. Great place to work out.
First time coming here and must say I highly recommend coming to his gym for all your fitness needs. I was visiting out of town and wanted a place to work out because the hotel I was at only had cardio equipment. I spoke with the manager a few times when I visited. He was a gentleman, and I look forward to seeing the future of the gym under his direction. I didn't get a chance to get a lot of the equipment because it was busy every time I went, but I enjoyed all the Cybex equipment they have. It's probably the best small gym I've been to during my travels. Really enjoyed the sauna they have.
