Unfinished areas of basement had bad rodent infestation. Jim and Precision Cleaning & Restoration responded promptly to survey the problem. He listened to my concerns and quickly developed a plan to remediate the problem. Proposed quote was half of what others had proposed. I was under a timeline and they scheduled a date quickly. They removed old insulation, cleaned and disinfected the entire basement (including sump pump well) and installed new insulation. The basement looked clean enough to eat in when they were done! The service and attention we received was extraordinary. We called at 9:30 pm about the damage and they were out ASAP. The actual clean up and check ins were efficient and they were open and available for questions that came up.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I needed my carpets cleaned as soon as possible. Precision had an opening in the afternoon. I was so lucky. My living room carpet looks years newer. Also had a three season room and a den. Everything looks beautiful. I highly recommend this company. It is the best I have ever had.
