In 2020, when Covid hit the world, my husband me and our two kids had to go back to France. We thought we would come back, but life had other plans. We had to sell our property and because we are foreign investors, we had to file FIRPTA's document for witholding taxes. Being in a different country to andle the whole process is very hard, and we could not have done it without MBE CPAs. During the sale, somebody did not file out properly one single document. We have worked with MBE and specifically Diane P for a few years now. Diane is phenomenal! She answers any questions we have and has helped us navigate several interesting tax situations (sale of our timber, etc.).
