Klinke Cleaners is a reputable business known for its excellent cleaning services, always returning clothes clean and crisp. They offer convenient 24-hour drop-off and pick-up options, with a helpful staff ready to assist. A special care fabric cleaning service is available, and they have a kiosk for after-hours use. Recently, some customers have noted that while the service is generally fast, special instructions for cleaning, such as stain locations, may not always receive the attention needed. However, many appreciate the quick turnaround for their clothes. In addition, a customer praised the outstanding service from an employee who went above and beyond to ensure dry cleaning was completed before a flight. Notably, Klinke Cleaners has demonstrated integrity by returning a customer's accidentally left money.
I travel a lot and look for quality cleaners to handle the care of my clothing. Klinke Cleaners has been top notch since my first drop off and I am preparing for my 4th in 2 weeks. The convenient 24 hour kiosk services make it truly convenient for those of us that work weird hours and may not be able to drop off early or pick up during the early evening hours. They have made this process seamlessly and I haven’t been disappointed with the care of my garments. With a variety of locations available, it truly means a lot to have more flexibility.
I have used Klinke in Sun Prairie a few times now. Great job on my shirts !
But also wanted to mention the person working there, I believe her name is Lauren. She always makes sure that I am able to navigate the automated system, which I am getting used to, thanks to her. She is very knowledgeable, most pleasant and a real pleasure to meet ! Thank you, Klinke and Lauren !
First time using this service and the best way to describe it is...it was easy! Everything is automated but even with that, there was a person there that walked me through everything, gave me prices, and helped me verify my account. The same person was there when I came back. Now as someone who hasn't used dry cleaning before, this might seem silly to those who have, I didn't realize you kept the hangers! So it come out on a conveyer system and slides in to a box sleeved and hung on a hanger. Just grab and go and keep the lot! Very convenient and will be using again.
