Caring Made Easy Home Care

I had all but given up on having any faith or confidence with ANY in home care providers in Dane County, at this stage we've had horrible experiences with most. Until Caring Made Easy, I cannot say enough good about the director, and the staff, no question that time and consideration are taken when choosing care givers. Communication is a 10 out of 10, staff 10 out of 10 in trustworthiness/reliability, knowledge, compatibility, genuinely caring & hard working individuals. This provider should be the standard for in home care and how it's done. We were very lucky to find Caring Made Easy as my parents were moving into a retirement community. My father was having many difficult health issues and they were wonderful in making sure he got the best possible care. They were then able to increase their coverage as my mother also began needing more care. Their staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful people who seem more like friends than anything else. They have made it so much easier (physically and emotionally) for my siblings and I who do not live near our parents. Their ability to manage the day to day care and the medical care (getting to and from appointments, etc.) has been (literally at times) a life saver.

I had to go through the very difficult situation of both my parents dying around the same time. more than anything they wanted to remain together at home. Full-time 24-hour care with needed and Bonita Ninnemann and all of her staff at caring made easy filled that need. The people who stayed and helped with my folks were caring and professional. They made sure my folks got their medicines on time that there was food for them to eat and that every single need was taken care of. Perhaps more importantly they made them feel welcome and cared for. I am so grateful for this company.
