I've remained pretty indifferent about their service thus far. They were chosen by our builder to do the plumbing in our home. Less than 3 months after them installing our pot filler, the shut off valve stopped working. I get it, sometimes new things break. We have been waiting since October for them to come and fix it. Three months, no call, no nothing. It will end up being fixed since we still have a warranty, I'm sure it will take another ten calls from the builder. Customer service can make or break a company, and their lack of communication, and timely repair is definitely a deal breaker.
