Lost all the Dr's details from back in the summer post holiday to South Dakota. Had a blowout on #41 W/B near Pensaukee. Triple AAA failed miserably to help us with 5th wheel toyhauler. A volunteer firefighter stopped to lend a hand and told us about the Dr's Trailer and RV Shop. I call and after a few back and forths - reception was terrible - the Dr told us he'd stay late to help us along our way. Truth be told they were wonderful, took the blowout away and had a tire remounted for us and stayed to put it on the trailer - torquing it on precisely. Fernando and staff are real professionals and he is a man of his word. We brought our horse trailer in after having at another place three times without the problem being fixed.They diagnosed it and kept me informed of what they found and the estimated cost. They went above and beyond. We are back on the road and hitting the trails again.Highly recommend for your horse trailer needs.Services: Tires

We brought our RPod here for periodic maintenance and to check on a few issues we were having. Fernando and the entire team did a great job, quickly solving the problems and making our trailer look nearly brand-new again. We were kept informed on status and pricing every step of the way. Costs were completely reasonable. Customer service was excellent and we are 100% happy - much better than experiences we've had at big dealerships (including where we had originally purchased this camper). We can't say enough good things about the Dr's, and will absolutely be repeat customers for annual upkeep and any future concerns we may have. Many thanks!!!
