We take comfort in knowing this is our last roof and it sheds snow helping to prevent buildup of ice dams. American Metal Roofs went beyond our expectations in the attention to details and quality of work, even painting the vent pipes to match. They provide a lifetime warranty, however, when a small piece of trim blew off our roof, despite contacting two times, once by phone and the other by e-mail, there has been no follow-up. That is disappointing. Regardless, due to their excellent installation, I still recommend them. An excellent company and product.

So happy I went with American Metal roofing for my roof replacement. Their oxford aluminum shingle product not only looks great, but has the durability and longevity that I was looking for. Yes the cost more (at least in the short term) than an asphalt shingle roof, but this is an investment grade product that will outlast you and will likely pay for itself in time.

We only did the lower portion of our roof, since the previous home owners had recently replaced the upper portion and it's still in fairly good condition. (It also helped us spread out the cost.) The crew was amazing: incredibly efficient, very polite, cleaned up after themselves better than any contractors I've ever met. They even did a meticulous job removing the extreme amounts of tar "flashing" that previous roofers had put all across the brick, leaving the house looking significantly better than it started. The roof is beautiful, I wish I had a before photo to show the improvement. I was concerned about extra noise during rain, but I haven't noticed any. I'm definitely coming back in a few years when it's time to replace the upper portion of our roof. The peace of mind of knowing that this long lasting material combined with what was clearly a well-done installation will result in a roof that shouldn't need repair for the rest of my life is a weight off my shoulders.

We feel the investment in the American Metal Roofs metal roof was really worth the more. It looks great, and now that we had it installed, we pay more attention to other metal roofs. We are not disappointed as the differences we see are increasingly noticeable. So glad we listened to the advice about what we installed. We are not dissapointed.

The roof was completed in a timely manner. Overall, we are satisfied.

First, the roofing crew and office staff were fantastic! I would give them over 5 stars. They were professional, courteous, and quick. Our salesperson, maybe a 3. He was great until he got our business and then it was like he just didn't care. Hopefully we never need another roof from them but if we did, I would prefer to work directly with the roofers and leave the salesperson out of it.
