I’m a tree service owner/Certified Arborist from Kentucky who recently met the Cassity team when purchasing a piece of their equipment.These are real tree care professionals who you can trust to perform the highest level of service in the industry. The focus on great customer service, proper safety techniques and tree management is evident.TLDR: I’m a tree care professional who recognizes a legitimate tree care company I would trust with my own trees!

Jim from Cassity Tree Service came out to inspect a tree that was giving me cause for concern due to a hole where two parts of the trunk joined and was recently occupied by 2 small squirrels. As the tree is the centerpiece of our backyard I was especially concerned that we might lose the tree due to interior decay or disease. Jim came out to inspect and then immediately contacted me to let me know that the tree was in excellent health and that there was no cause for alarm. He went into detail about the health of the tree and about many aspects of tree health in general. I was both relieve that our tree was safe and also impressed by Jim's knowledge. I had a big pine that was tilted 30 degrees after a storm trying to fall on my greenhouse . Cassity was timely and sensitive to the emergent concern . They did excellent work at a fair price . Best in town
