There were a few glitches with equipment arrival and why my appointment was delayed (got 2 different stories) and then an oversight in the installation which was rectified the next day. I was told I would be compensated on my invoice (which was a pleasant unsolicited offer) but then I was charged the full amount. The install guys were very nice and professional and the main office person was a great mediator between what was going on in the office/delivery and onsite.

My laptop needed attention after an attempted hack. I feel confident about the work that was done. At the same time I learned not to leave the laptop connected to power 24/7; a new battery was ordered and installed.

We had the Quantum team (Josh I think) out to install a Starlink antenna and then connect to our wifi net. I purchased eero router system separately. The Quantum team had the antenna up and entire system working in 2 hours. I really liked the guys. They explained everything to me as they were implementing the service. Taught me how best to work with Starlink app, etc. Five Stars. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and also ask for the same team. Thanks QT!
