I was a visitor to Sturgeon Bay and my glasses broke while there. I went to Clear View Optical to see if they could fix them. They were not able to, which is understandable, but they were not friendly or concerned. Since I am not a patient/customer I felt that their interest in helping me was a 0. I went to Peninsula Vision Care, also in Sturgeon Bay and their concern and ability to fix my glasses saved my vacation. I am giving Clear View a 3 star review, not because they could not fix my glasses, but because they were rude.

Broke the metal hinge, scheduled an appointment and within 15 minutes they fixed my glasses. And the best part, no charge! This is what I call customer service!!! With a week of vacation left, I’m very pleased!
