We are in love with our floor! It looks totally brand new!
Aaron is very professional And an extremely personable guy! We were never left in the dark as to what was going on, and he explained thoroughly how to take care of our flooring. So glad we made the decision to have it refinished. It is beautiful.!
Aaron is a friendly fellow and patiently answered any questions that I had before and during the finishing. He did an excellent job, paid close attention to all floor details, hand-scraping and sanding hard-to-get-to places, test-applying a range of stains for my approval. He rigged up a powerful filtered exhaust system for venting fumes. I opted for the UV curing, which gets you back in business a couple days early. He left with important info and supplies for floor maintenance.
We could not be happier with our refinished hardwood floors. Aaron offered helpful suggestions, thoroughly explained all of our options, and was very professional, personable and easy to work with. We highly recommend Aaron and Signature Custom Flooring with no hesitation whatsoever!
