I called 1st thing Monday morning and explained my frozen pipes and frustration of trying to get help quickly as our pipes had been frozen for a long time and we lost use of the bathroom Sunday. Although very busy they managed to get out by the afternoon and clear out all of our house pipes. They are amazing, Professional, knowledgeable, experienced guys who explained everything as they went along. They will always be who I contact. Thank you for all of your help.
Called Roto-Rooter late on a Friday evening for a clogged main drain in our basement. Brandon was able to get there Saturday morning and quickly get the problem solved. Highly recommend!
I called this morning with frozen pipes and Roto-Rooter had Joe scheduled to come to my house. Joe was unfroze my pipes in one hour. He was fabulous! Joe explained everything and cleaned up also. Highly recommended!
