Always a pleasant experience. I have been a customer/patient for almost ten years and have never had a bad experience. I feel they always try to accommodate my schedule and value me and my oral health.

I have been treated by both Dr. Behrens and Dr. Folchert and have been very pleased with my appointments. They seem very thorough and knowledgeable. My previous dentist was quite expensive and Midwest Dental is in my insurance network and seems more reasonable in their pricing. The office staff are very friendly and helpful in filing the insurance claims. I would recommend Midwest Dental to anyone looking for quality, affordable dental care.

I visited the dental office last week for an examination. First, I arrived to my appointment early and they were actually able to take me in earlier than planned. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes with absolutely no wait which is extraordinarily rare for dental offices. Secondly, the staff is second to none when it comes to customer service. The dental assistant who did the X-rays was incredible. Their customer service skills were incredible. I have never had such a kind and caring service in my entire life before.
