Highly recommend. We called them to complete a maintenance check on our boiler system before winter. Not only did they did they perform regular maintenance, but they found some issues and gave us a detailed explanation, step by step what was wrong and needed to be replaced. I can't thank them enough for all the help.

We called around town for quotes on sealing and recharging our air conditioner because it was freezing up; needed R22 freon. They quoted us a few scenarios on what could be wrong and were able to come the very next morning. Jim and a another technician showed up and walked us through what was wrong and what they were doing. He answered my questions thoroughly and was super friendly. High recommend MSI and Jim!
