I have been a customer since 2004 and have found the service to be superior. I purchased both a furnace and an air conditioning unit and received honest advice on what to purchase. My annual servicing is reasonable, and the technician is simply the best: friendly, informed, and always welcome in my home. I highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend Mechanical Services. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have used them a number of times and they always do a quality job and are a pleasure to work with.

Arrived at scheduled time, stayed until the job was finished, work area left clean and tidy, technicians friendly and professional, AND found me a larger rebate than originally budgeted - what a treat! Exceptional service (especially after hours!) on my old furnace, which led me to choose MSI for my new one. After struggling to find good customer service in other areas of home maintenance, it is refreshing to not have any second thoughts about this decision!
