I got stranded at Menards in Plover when my battery and my brakes failed. Called my Insurance Road Side Assistance line and they called Johnsons. Insurance told me it would be about an hour before he could get there. 15 minutes later he called and said he was close and would be right there. He showed up loaded up my truck and he also brought me and my G/F buy my house on the way to the the shop we were taking it to so I could pick up my other vehicle. He didn't have to do that. He was kind and went out of his way for us. I offered him a "Tip" and he refused it. Highly recommend Johnsons for all your towing needs.
My car completely shut off in Stevens Point while I was on my way to work. They came extremely fast and even dropped me off at work! Towed me and my car back to Wausau in no time. Highly recommend this company!
So it was not my intentions to have a deer run out in front of my 2017 Subaru and total it. But I can say I couldn't have been treated better by Ben at Johnson towing. Not only did he get my car back to their yard, he got me to a hotel negotiated a great deal for me And even tried to set up a Rent-A-Car for me. Unfortunately till a car wasn't available till 4:00 p.m. the next day and this happened at about 7:30 at night. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism, the level of service that Ben provided that evening of distraught. Thank you so much
