My daughter was nervous to get her hair done. Ramona went above and beyond to put my daughters nerves at ease. She explained everything prior to doing, she established a relationship with her, and gave her a luxurious shampoo prior to cutting.
My daughter loves having her hair braided, Ramona went above and beyond to braid her hair and make her feel beautiful!
